This Lemon & Paprika Baked Chicken is an easy and juicy dinner recipe that’s done in 30 minutes! It is sure to be a hit with the whole family!
If you’re after a quick and easy dinner recipe, you can’t go past this baked chicken! Made with fresh lemon juice and basic spices, it’s the ultimate last minute meal!
I love this recipe because it basically goes perfectly served along side anything, like my Warm Zucchini Salad or even a simple mashed potato and veg! Whatever you serve this chicken with, it’s going to be good!
How to Make Lemon & Paprika Baked Chicken
When I said this was an easy recipe, I meant it. Literally all you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a bowl, toss to coat in marinade and then bake for 30 minutes. That’s what I call winner, winner chicken dinner!
Another great thing about this baked chicken recipe is that it uses everyday ingredients that you probably already have.
Chicken Thighs – I used bone-in chicken thighs but you can also use boneless if you prefer. I do however find thighs to be a lot juicier than breasts.
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil – you can substitute olive oil for any other neutral cooking oil like canola, avocado or vegetable.
Paprika – I used normal paprika in this dish, but you can use smoked paprika for a nice smokey flavour.
What To Serve With Baked Chicken
As I mentioned earlier, just about anything you serve along side this chicken is going to be great! Here are a few of my favourites…
- Mashed Potato or Baked Potatoes
- Vegetables Like Grilled Corn on the Cob
- Salad, Potato Salad or Coleslaw
