Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and add lemon juice, oil, paprika and garlic powder. Toss chicken in marinade and place on prepared tray.
  3. Baked for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
