Strawberries & Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
  

  • 300g good quality baking chocolate
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 250g strawberries

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add cream.
  2. Stir cream and chocolate often until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
  3. Let cool for 10-15 minutes in the fridge and pour into a serving bowl. Serve with fresh strawberries.
