Smashed Avocado with Feta on Turkish Bread

Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 slices turkish bread
  • 25g feta cheese

Method
 

  1. Add avocado and lemon juice to a small bowl and roughly mash with a fork until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Toast or grill turkish bread until golden and spread half the mashed avocado onto each slice.
  3. Crumble over feta cheese and serve.
