Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Divide ham between four ramekins. Add cream, reserving 4 tbsp for later use.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add a tbsp of cream on top of each egg and add grated cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with parsley and toasted baguette.
Notes
You can also add two eggs to each ramekin if desired.
