frozen mango
20g
sugar

egg white
Instructions
Blitz mango and sugar together in a food processor. Whilst blitzing, add in egg white. Continue to blitz until smooth.
Scoop sorbet into a freezer-proof container and cover. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve in a bowl or ice cream cone. Enjoy!
