Ingredients
  

  • 275g frozen mango
  • 20g sugar
  • 1 egg white

  • Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Blitz mango and sugar together in a food processor. Whilst blitzing, add in egg white. Continue to blitz until smooth.
  2. Scoop sorbet into a freezer-proof container and cover. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve in a bowl or ice cream cone. Enjoy!
