Ingredients
300g
good quality baking chocolate
150ml
heavy cream
250g
strawberries
Instructions
Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add cream.
Stir cream and chocolate often until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes in the fridge and pour into a serving bowl. Serve with fresh strawberries.
