slices leg ham
roughly chopped

cup
cream
4
eggs
salt & pepper
to taste
⅛
tsp
cayenne pepper
¼
cup
grated cheese
fresh parsley
to serve (optional)

slices toasted baguette
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Divide ham between four ramekins. Add cream, reserving 4 tbsp for later use.
Crack an egg into each ramekin and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add a tbsp of cream on top of each egg and add grated cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with parsley and toasted baguette.
Notes
You can also add two eggs to each ramekin if desired.
