Spinach & Feta Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup feta cheese plus extra to serve
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add cream cheese, feta, spinach, garlic, lemon and oil to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  • Season to taste with salt and spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with extra feta cheese.
