cooked, peeled beetroot

pistachio nuts
shelled and crushed
Instructions
Add cream cheese, feta, beetroot, garlic, lemon and oil to a food proccesso and blitz until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and pistachio nuts.
