Garlic & Chilli Grilled Corn Cobs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic finely diced
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 whole corn cobs shucked
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped, to serve (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add butter to a small heatproof bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add garlic and chilli flakes and stir to combine.
  2. Add oil to a large frying pan or barbeque on high heat along with corn. Brush with butter using a pastry brush and cook, turning occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cut corn cobs in half and garnish with parsley to serve.
