rashers of shortcut bacon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line four small ramekins with bread. Add a rasher of bacon to the ramekins, leaving enough of a well for an egg to sit in.
Crack an egg into each ramekin and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a dash of cayenne to each and finish with chives and grated cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking. Run a knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen and remove. Enjoy.
