Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl, mix together and make a well in the centre.
Pour milk, eggs and margarine into well and whisk thoroughly to combine.
For each pancake, scoop around ¼ cup of batter into a lightly oiled frying pan on medium heat. Cook until bubbles start to form, around 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
