Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and add lemon juice, oil, paprika and garlic powder. Toss chicken in marinade and place on prepared tray.
  • Baked for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve.
