Instructions
Add butter to a small heatproof bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add garlic and chilli flakes and stir to combine.
Add oil to a large frying pan or barbeque on high heat along with corn. Brush with butter using a pastry brush and cook, turning occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Cut corn cobs in half and garnish with parsley to serve.
